Warranty Information

All March Silver Jewellery purchases come with a 6 month warranty on plating, effective from the date of delivery. This warranty covers any plating defects, and we will offer to re-plate or replace the item once it has been proven faulty by our team.

Important points to note: 

• The warranty can be availed only once per item.
• A logistics fee of Rs. 100 is applicable on all warranty claims.
• What’s not included: General wear and tear and breakage due to mishandling of pieces is not covered under this warranty. It also doesn’t cover the slight variations in size, color, and other slight imperfections as most of the jewellery pieces are handmade and uses natural stones. 
• All jewellery is extremely delicate and needs to be cared for properly. We emphasize proper care of your pieces for their longevity. 
• Repairs required after the 6 month warranty period will be considered a result of general wear and tear.
